Jaymes Quirino is a multi-faceted tech-savvy graduate from the University of California, Davis – (B.A. Technocultural Studies – UC Davis). His education in Technocultural Studies, Philosophy and English, in addition to his experience as the Studio Director of The Mastering Lab, and as a creative producer for the Ojai Libbey Bowl Foundation, has given him an unique analytic strength and keen sensibility of an evolving Music Industry.
Jaymes Quirino got his start in the Industry as an intern at Ultra DJ Managment – one of the UK’s premier DJ management companies as part of his education abroad studies through the Foundation for International Education (FIE). It was in these early experiences working with a prestigious international clientele, that he learned how to think quickly, act quicker, and produce results. 2014 will mark 6 years of international administrative work with world class corporations involving everything from project coordination, to web design and social media management, to post production work. Going into his 5th year at The Mastering Lab, Inc., Jaymes has become a valuable asset and an essential player in the preservation and furthering of The Mastering Lab’s legendary legacy.
Outside of The Lab, Jaymes works with the Ojai Libbey Bowl Foundation to showcase the best local talent on the newly renovated, multi-million dollar Libbey Bowl Amphitheater. As an Ojai native, his goal is to utilize The Libbey Bowl as a cultural hub for the Ventura County communities, showcasing the tremendous local talent. He aims to present the artistic talent in such away that the shows are a unifying aspect of life, bringing all walks of life together in celebration.
When not working, Jaymes is an active guitarist playing locally with his most recent project, Jukebox Mutiny, who were a featured artist in the RAWartist Showcase: Encompass – Ventura County – Oct 2013.
